This thing was as advertised and simple to install and replace my old dispenser. We have an ilder kitchen aide model and this was a direct fit and works perfectly. Taking the cover panel off the front door of the dish washer was a pain, but the overall swap out of the part was simple and took about 20 minutes total. Wear gloves because the edges if the door panel is sharp and I did cut my finger not wearing them.
