I don’t use products full of crazy chemicals that I then eat off my clean dishes. Cleans dishes nicely with no weird smells. I put vinegar in the dispenser for rinse aids and it all works well. Easy and nothing smells like chemicals.I've been moving away from toxic chemicals, and I was so hopeful this would be a great product. Unfortunately 1) our dishes just aren't coming out clean and 2) spots/cloudy film is being left on everything. We added vinegar just as the directions said as well. We've tried using the product again and again thinking that maybe the first couple of times we just overloaded the dishes too closely, but it hasn't made a difference at all. Really poor results across the board.Really wanted this to be fabulous, but we've had issues with a light film being left behind on all reusable plastic food storage containers. We've tried several ways to resolve but still have the film. It does a good job at cleaning, but leaving the film behind is annoying & unfortunate.I love all earthley wellness products. So when this launched, I was eager to try. Smells great and cleans great. The instructions say to use white vinegar as rinse aid. I pour a little vinegar in the bottom of my dishwasher before running each cycle and have no problem with a film or residue being left behind.I tried this product following the package directions and my dishes were not clean. I tried to run the load again using 3 scoops (3 times the recommended amount) and they STILL were not clean. Even worse it left a coating on my dishes that a third wash with my old brand didn’t even remove. I had to hand wash and still felt like I didn’t get all of the film off. I threw the package away. Very disappointed.My dishes came out clean and even my glasses sparkle. Easy to use. Very happy with it.It came opened, it spells all over inside the pack its wet, it's a mess
