When I received my shipment it was a single 12 ounce container. Not really happy.One of my favorites to clean with. Can use in dishwasher as shows but can use on any hard water issues. I place little water in a mold with this make it a hard disk and it will make a tolet look new again.Only thing that works to get off hardware stains. I don’t use it when I just have like Tupperware in washer or it would get pricey just nice glasses and platesThe product is wonderful for softening the hard water we have here. My dishes come out sparkling.The seller I purchased this from was not great. The product didn't ship on time, and I waited for days past the stated delivery date to receive the product.Been using this in addition to my dish detergent for 7 years now... can’t go without!A++
